I have a Windows 2008 Terminal Server. I set up a group policy that locks down most things for the basic users and exempted all admins.Now, I have users that would like to add items to their Quick Launch toolbar and I cannot figure out how to allow the users to drag and drop shortcuts from the desktop to the Quick Launch.I've found a few settings in GPO that refer to the quick launch and I've disabled them and logged back in as a standard user to test but none have the result of allowing standard users to add shortcuts.

I don't actually have the User PinnedTaskBar folders underneath the QuickLaunch folder.But, I removed the Group Policy that prevents access to the C: drive of the server and was able to Drag and Drop to the Quick Launch bar.It would be nice if there was a GPO to redirect the Quick Launch bar (without redirecting the full Application Data). That way I could allow users to drag and drop while still preventing access to the C: drive of the server.Thanks again for your help!
